CCSF Champions

CCSF Champions are the heart of our foundation. They are survivors, families, friends, and community members who take action to champion our cause. Whether it's fundraising, hosting events, or becoming a recurring donor, every effort makes a difference.

Rallying Family & Friends

By rallying family and friends, the Morse family raised nearly $8,000 in the first year after their son Luke passed away. In the second year, they joined our 100x10x10 Campaign, asking 20 of their family and friends to commit to donating $10 each month. Their effort now generates $1,200 a month, totaling about $14,000 annually!

Raising Awareness & Funds

After Jason’s passing, his wife Amber and sister Kim dedicated themselves to raising awareness and funds for CCS. They’ve donated to our foundation, shared Jason’s story at our 2024 symposium, and for the past three years have organized an annual golf outing in his memory.

Turning Loss Into a Foundation

After Cooper’s passing, the O’Brien family and their community came together to start Cooper’s Crew, a 501(c)(3) foundation focused on Research, Inspiration, Scholarships, and Awareness. They’ve supported CCSF through annual donations, advocacy, and attending our first-ever symposium in 2024 to share Cooper's story.
